Our next phase of the business plan will build four additional living units that will create our completed community.
To build these new units we need development funds to pay for the building works - and of course once the new houses are completed people will buy their homes, and we will be able to pay back our lenders and investors.
All lenders will be able to choose the amount of interest they receive to a maximum of 3% per annum.
We will need the money for a maximum of two years and the loans will be covered by our formal, legally approved loan agreement documentation. Security for the loans is covered by the value of the entire Brincliffe House estate.
